Transcript Request

Requesting a Transcript

To request a transcript you may:

  • Download a Transcript Request Form (Print, fill out and return to Admissions.)
  • Make a request in person, with a photo ID; by mail; or by fax. Requests can not be made by email or by phone.

A Casper College transcript will be a chronological listing of all course work taken by a student at Casper College.
Also included on a transcript are:

  • Degrees
  • Transfer credit amounts
  • Cumulative credit amounts and GPA

Two types of transcripts are available:

  • Unofficial-
  • Is not stamped with the College seal or signed by the Registrar
  • No Charge
  • Availability:  Immediately at the Records Office window, with photo I.D.
  • Generally used by advisors and for students' own use
  • Official
  • Stamped with the College seal and signed by the Registrar
  • Availability:  Usually within one week, although additional time may be required at the end of a term
  • Generally used to send to other institutions

No transcript of a student's record will be furnished to any student or alumnus whose financial obligations to the college have not been satisfied.

Questions regarding transcripts should be directed to the Records Office.
