Document Delivery Request
(For Casper College Distance Education Students)
What is Document Delivery?
If you are a Casper College student currently enrolled in a distance education class, Casper College Library can mail books owned* by this Library directly to your home. Journal articles can be scanned and e-mailed to you as well.
- Casper Residents
If you live in Casper, we request that you come to the Library to check-out books and other materials. If special circumstances warrant an exception, please call or e-mail the Library. Our contact information is listed at the bottom of this form. - Library cards
A Casper College Library card is required for using this document delivery service. Books and/or other materials will be checked-out on your card. Additional information is available on the “Library Card Instructions & Online Application” webpage. - Returning Books
Books must be returned promptly and in the same condition as they were loaned. Please use the same “Jiffy” mailing envelope and enclosed postage paid mailing label to return the book(s).
Students will be charged fines for over-due materials and placed on the Casper College Hold List if materials are not returned.
