General Information
- Dates & Times
Set up runs from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10 and 6:00am to 8:00am on Friday, January 11. Your exhibit should be open during showcase hours starting at 8:00am on Friday, January 11. Conference concludes at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Janaury 12.
- Exhibit Space
You will be provided with one six-foot display and two chairs.
NOTE: You are responsible for supplying your own table covering or skirting and extension cords.
- Confirmations
The contact person listed on the registration form will receive a written confirmation/receipt after the registration is processed. Please retain a copy for your records. A “final details” letter will be e-mailed to the contact person the week of December 17.
- Cancellations & Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. Contact the Casper College Conference Services prior to December 17 for substitutions.
- Hotel Reservations
Blocks of rooms have been set aside for conference participants at various hotels in Casper. Refer to the Math and Science Conference to receive discounted rates. Visit the Travel & Accomodations page for a listing of participating hotels.
