CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES

The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized standard unit awarded for participation in qualified programs of continuing education in one’s chosen field or profession. CEUs are designed for those who are not seeking college credit but wish to have some verification of their participation in seminars and special programs for the purpose of renewing licenses or certificates, verification of formalized training, or personal satisfaction. The CEU may not be converted to academic credit.

Casper College cooperates with various professional associations to meet the needs of their clientele and the requirements for relicensure or recertification. If no sponsorship exists, continuing education units may be provided on the basis of a minimum of 10 contact hours per CEU.
