Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Educational Development (GED), English as a Second Language (ESL), and computer lab services are located at the Casper College Werner Technical Center, room 115. GED-bound students are required to attend a New Student Orientation offered every Tuesday during the fall and spring  at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. or 6 p.m. All services are free and open to the public.
