The Casper College campus is one of the points of pride for residents in Casper. The same beautiful facilities that make the College a showplace for the City also make it an ideal learning environment for adult learners. Approximately 4,000 students study each year at Casper College. Some 62% of students are women. Students come from all 23 counties in Wyoming, 37 states, and 15 foreign countries.
The current campus was dedicated in 1955, with a major campus expansion in the 1960s. The most recent facilities added to campus are the Scifers Dance Studios, the Wold Physical Science Center and the Doornbos Agriculture Holding Facility. A dramatic expansion and renovation of the Krampert Theatre, and a facelift for the Strausner Student Center have further modernized the campus.
The convenient layout of the campus, with parking near the doors to every building, makes commuting easy and efficient. Extended hours at the Goodstein Foundation library, outstanding and affordable food service in Roberts Commons, and plenty of study areas also help adult learners juggle multiple responsibilities.
