The Early Childhood Learning Center ( ECLC) is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and provides early childhood education and childcare services, as well as parenting education programs, for members of the Casper College campus community.
The staff works in partnership with the children's parents to nurture and encourage children's physical, emotional, social and educational development.
The Early Childhood Learning Center also serves as an educational laboratory site for students.
The Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) can accommodate 56 children, ages infant through the age of 6 years, and is open Fall and Spring semesters from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday when classes are in session, the center is closed over the summer. Fees vary according to the child's age and are available from the Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) Director.
